I usually just post about the full poa side of the yard but wanted to showcase my putting green side surrounded by perennial rye. (Putting green is synthetic grass. I overseeded about a month ago and it looks better than ever! Second photo is my poa side for those curious (yes I love hitting wedges off the poa over the pool onto the green). Cool night temps have brought growth darn near to standstill on the poa side – the perennial rye is still chugging along though

You mean youre using the most undesired grass of the bunch and putting us all to shame. Im gonna go nuke my whole lawn, pave it and never look back. Thanks lol
