Any ideas what bug laid these eggs?? Cluster of small (~1cm) spherical white eggs, laid at base of long wild grass

    You guys serious on the snails thing? I’ve seen loads.of these things and always assumed they were some sort of mini bulb so I just replanted them. Fml

    I’m not convinced these are snail eggs. Most snail eggs I’ve seen are translucent and much smaller these look a lot more opaque and quite large in comparison. They almost look more like reptile or amphibian eggs to me, possibly from a lizard or frog species that lays underground. Could be worth checking with someone into herpetology just to be sure, fascinating find either way!
