My Roma tomatoes have great looking leaves on the top, but the lower leaves after a little bit start to wilt.
Is that normal? It almost looks like fertilizer burn to me. Want to confirm. I suspect my EC meter has been faulty. Thank you.

what nutrient are you using? EC and PH issues will typically affect the whole plant. Lower leaf issues are typically due to the plant relocating mobile elements from the older growth to supply the new growth.
