I trim them off at the base of the flower to promote growth of the plant. Producing flowers takes a lot of energy- if you remove the flowers, the plant directs that energy to growth instead.
Edited to add, I looked at the second picture – some of your strings aren’t very healthy looking (lots of bare vine and light yellow/brown instead of green). I’d also trim those back so the plant doesn’t spend energy trying to heal those strings.

I pinch them off almost daily – redirect energy into more leaves. I also don’t love how they look…
