Couldn’t be happier how my 2 year reno has turned out. From basically no lawn/dirt/crabgrass to full lawn of TTTF. Now for some leveling and standard maintenance next year. Thanks all for the info and help along the way.

Looking really good! Now to keep this plush green lawn I would advise applying a pre-emergent granular, milorganite granular for your summer fertilizer and then doing yearly aeration with over seedlings and fertilizer each fall.
