Can I save my plant?

I got this plant from my boss Easter this year and its been doing great for months but since 2/3 months it looks like this. Can I somehow save it? I watered it every 1/2 weeks and have it in front of the window and its only in direct sunlight from 8:00 to 12:00 on a sunny day
