Hello, fellow gardeners! We have a beautiful autumn in the West of Sweden, but winter is undeniably preparing to arrive. This morning, I was greeted by chilly air and a really frosty garden. The gentle sunrays of the morning made everything look like it was covered in diamonds! But the beauty reminded me of my onions and a few pumpkins still left in the ground. I had hoped I could let them grow a little longer, but the frost changed my plans. Here is the last harvest of the year – a few really big pumpkins, and a big batch of onions I now have to clean and prepare for long storage. I love winter, and yet I cannot help noticing that I already miss my garden!

Good job!! Every year…I always tell myself to remember to start earlier next year. Anything to squeeze in a few more days on the vine. And it never fails…I’m usually running around in late spring because I forgot to order seeds or life got in the way. But that first frost is the sign of a well deserved break very soon. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
