Dethatched,aerated for about a week took a long time. Seeded with Jonathan black beauty ultra sept 27th watered 3 times a day. Mowed once last weekend and today (oct 19th) mowed again. Still a lot of bare spots and weeds but will spray for that in the spring and overseed. Hard work is finally paying off. Located CT
