Kohana Flower & Gift Shop, which translates to ‘little flower’, is set to offer an ‘elegant blend of floristry, homeware and thoughtful gifting’.
Kohana was founded by Victoria Lynes, the former owner of Edward’s Flowers, and her lifelong friend and business partner, Victoria Williams.
The pair said: “Kohana brings together a shared passion for design, detail and the art of meaningful giving.”
Located in Commercial Road, the boutique is celebrated for its natural, garden-inspired flowers, featuring ready-to-go hand-tied bouquets, bespoke arrangements, and ‘timeless’ dried flower creations, all said to be designed with care and intention.
Beyond its floral creations, Kohana is set to offer a ‘curated’ collection of gifts including pots and vases, artisan candles, homeware, chocolates and wellness boxes, many sourced from local suppliers.
Victoria Lynes said: “We wanted Kohana to be more than just a flower shop.
“It’s a space where people can find calm, connection and creativity – a reminder that thoughtful gestures, however small, have real meaning.”
Standing by the messages: rooted in calm, designed with care and delivered with meaning, Kohana is ‘dedicated’ to helping customers celebrate life’s occasions with ‘elegance and sincerity’.
