Not AI btw, just photoshop. I’d do something like this where you can break up the strong lines of surrounding buildings with naturalistic planting. The tree on the left hand side helps offset the large building on the right. At the back would be a great seating area further away from the road and nicely secluded. Hope this helps!

How much sun does it get? With the buildings around it might mean it’s in shade most of the day which would limit what you can plant?
What kind of garden do you want? For what use?
Are you able to remove the tarmac?
