I found this dying in Walmart for $2 and decided to rescue it. Wasn't sure it was going to make it. I've had it for a month now and just brought it in for the winter. Any advice or ideas?
Looks like one of many varieties of stonecrop (sedum). It appears to be a hardy variety, which does well outdoors in zone 4. It would do best left outdoors ( planted in the ground and allowed to do its thing) or kept in a sheltered space (garage, shed, etc.) to go dormant and rest for the following season.
You can keep them indoors, but do some research on care because they don’t want much attention and they aren’t going to put on any shows for you during this time.
Anywho, looks like you nursed this one quickly back to health. They are resilient and I’m sure it will survive whatever course you decide.

With a grow light, it should do much better and probably stay compact. Indoor growth might become leggy. But you can always chop it off in the spring and make a thousand offspring.

I have the same plant and no idea what it is. MIL gave it to me and she couldn’t remember

The leaves sort of look like the Jade plant.
It looks like a Sedum spurium “green mound”
