I wanted to say that the pot they’re in is way too massive for their little root system, and it can encourage rot to have a big reservoir like that. You can find little terracotta pots at the dollar stores sometimes; they work well for solo lithops.

What’s the mix they’re planted in? They’re ready for some water, but need to make sure it’s going to dry out fast enough to avoid causing problems.

I have the exact same little guys, in very much the same condition. I got them bare root and they hardly had any roots. I gave them a bit of rooting powder and some water to develop roots. They started to grow nice roots. I’m now waiting to see if they got enough water to also plump up a bit. I’ll soon give them a good soak with a bit of rooting liquid mixed in the water to really make sure they get lovely roots.
I dig them up very occasionally to check up on root growth but they’re fragile and I found out they dry up really quickly in the air. But it’s been really useful for me to check what’s happening below.
