GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — One person suffered a traumatic injury involving a piece of machinery at True Blue Nursery on Ocean Highway Monday, according to Brandon Ellis, Director of Emergency Services (EMS) for Georgetown County.
Midway Fire Rescue responded to the scene for the report of an injury, Ellis said.

The victim was transported by our units to the trauma center in Myrtle Beach.

Ellis added that there is no additional information available at this time.
