Help her please! I accidentally left her sitting in water over night, and then didnt get to drain her a second time because I went out of town for the weekend. Came home and she looked like this.
I cut off the completely yellow leaves, I let her dry out for a week, took her out of her pot and made sure the bottom soil wasn't wet any longer, then watered her so she wasn't thirsty…. and a week and a half later she still looks like this.

Shes next to a East facing window and has been flourishing in the exact same spot for about a year and a half until now. Attached a photo of her prior to my mistake for comparison. 😭

Have you repotted? And checked if there are any rotten roots? You need to remove rotten roots and repot

All peace lilies are this dramatic. She will also do this if she gets too dry.

Yup. Peace Lilies and Basil are the most dramatic plants I’ve ever seen.

My Fuzz is the exact same. Resilient, I’ve had him forever, but dramatic af.

Looks like she needs some gypsum in the soil

My husband’s peace lily is equally dramatic!

Repot with dry dirt, it’s probably over due for one anyways. Side note: I’d also cut off older leaves near the base to promote growth. Peace lilies are such drama queens! She’ll get better soon!

Like others have said you are probably due for a repotting, but that’s not going to help you right now . In fact, up, rooting a plant that is struggling and repotting. It is the last thing you want to do because it only adds more stress to an already stressed plant
Is the soil wet or dry right now? If it’s still wet, leave it alone and let it dry out and take it out of that basket that most likely keeps it very dark and damp.
