You are massively over watering.
Snake plants need watering about once every solar eclipse.
(Well, maybe not that long, but it certainly feels that long. probably once every 6-8weeks, sometimes longer)

Can you post a pic closer to the white spots?
The substrate looks too organic for weekly waterings.
Looks kind of cooked, too. Is it is direct full sun outside?

Possibly, it can be saved, but it looks too far gone. The one to the left, on the other hand, certainly looks salvageable.

I don’t usually say this but; it’s not worth the effort! Toss it out. You can save the little succulents that are growing in the same pot.

Root rot and it’s in a pot that’s too big. Take it out of the soil, clean off the roots, cut back any mushy ones, spray with hydrogen peroxide and replant in a smaller pot with chunky soil.
