White eggplant. Softer skin. No bitter skin. So yummy
It’s a Hmong cucumber. Eggplant will have a stem, gourds generally are not white.
How much does it look like a cucumber? Hmong cucumbers are a thing and get pale yellow like that. They have a super high water content and can get used to make a beverage.
