First aquaponics atrempt / automation question.

This is my fist aquaponic attempt from an established 10 gal tank.

The light is not really a growing one but more a big LED panel, certainly not the best but should be ok for testing.

The question I have is about the management of the pump: I would like to make it run like 5 minutes every half hours.

Today it's basically a Tuya Smart plug managed by Alexa.

I use a scenario like scenario like "Pump on" "Wait 15 minutes" "pump off" "Wait 45 minutes" "pump on" "Wait 15 minutes"… repeated 24x to cover the whole day because I can't find a loop function in Alexa programming: Is there is a way to achieve this? Or do I have to switch to another system? (keeping Tuya compatibility as there is already lot ot Tuya accessories in my house)
