

My variegated Cotyledon tomentosa started developing these spots lately. There are chunks missing from the side of leaves with some fine dotting on the inside. Im not seeing (or at least recognizing) any pests on it.
(Plant gets plenty of light and gets watered when soil is bone dry)

It’s some kind of pest, beetle, or mite. Take the worst affected and get a magnifying glass, and look at them. It might be a fungus.
The goto position is to use Neem Oil spray for bugs. And there are anti fungal products.
