We moved into a new house that already had these growing and weren't told what they are. Growing in the front yard. We're a bit worried about the yellowing and want to figure out what it is so we can properly care for them.

Looks like cat mint. If you’re in a zone heading into fall, yellowing is normal for this time of year.
