Check very very thoroughly for pests and illness
I would get them out of the sun until they have recovered and start plumping up. I’m assuming you planted them in soil??
Definitely check for pests, but I don’t see any obvious signs from the picture. You could even treat with insecticidal soap before potting just to be sure since you don’t know what kind of environment they came from.
Pot in a well draining soil mix, in pots only an inch or two larger than the root ball. You can even pot some or all of them together, just give them a little bit of room, you can see a couple of them growing new shoots already.
Snake plants are drought tolerant BUT they will grow a lot more if you are consistent with watering. Let soil dry out between watering, but water more frequently than you would a succulent or cactus. I keep some of mine outside in partial shade (only gets direct sun for an hour or so of the sunrise) and water once a week, but it dries out completely after 4-5 days. The ones I have inside get the same sun (but through a window, so slightly less) and I water every 2-3 weeks because the soil takes much longer to dry out.
You could literally just pour some dirt on them and they’d be good, lol.
Give ‘em a good rinse and put the right in a well draining soil and a pots that you don’t mind breaking. (That’s usually how they tell you they need a new pot, by breaking the one it’s in)
Use a soil formulated for succulents or mix 1/2 regular potting soil with 1/2 perlite. There are [other recipes](https://gardenerspath.com/plants/succulents/potting-mix-succulents/), too.
