I bought these 3 Hoyas in the last 3 weeks. The left one is marked as Hoya Australis and the right is marked as Hoya Krimson Queen. The center Hoya wasn’t marked but they told me it was also a Hoya Australis. The leaves on the center plant are much thicker than the others. I’m new to Hoyas and I came across this page and fell in love with everyone’s beautiful plants. When do you transplant them from the container they came in and what type of potting mix should I purchase? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to a real problem. As far as repot, I’d wait a bit but definitely change the soil to something chunky so the roots can breathe better and help avoid root rot.
I think the center one is a carnosa. The one on the L is an australis “Lisa” specifically I believe.
I wouldn’t change the pot size, Hoyas like to be root bound. But you definitely need a very chunky soil. All of mine are in semi hydro and do very well, no worries about or under or over watering.
