I want to break this beautiful begonia up into 2-4 smaller pots. I'm looking for tips on doing so with our upsetting her too much. Shes on the porch currently, but I am also bringing her inside soon. I'm assuming I should only do one change at a time. She's still flowering, so I'm not sure if that makes it a bad time to split her.
I'm also having a problem with propagating cuttings from this one. My other begonias do great, but this one just rots and breaks when I propagate cuttings.

A serrated knife will cut through the roots nicely, then just de-tangle the leaves.
Cut the rootball in half with a bread knife like a loaf of sourdough. Daunting but don’t be nervous, this is literally how it’s done. They even teach it in horticulture school lol
