this was a Mulberry sapling that was gifted to me last summer and it is doing quite well. I’m curious about the low three branches as far as pruning them off? or should I leave as is?

    Yes, rest of the tree looks very healthy. It will help the tree send nutrients to more vertical branches. Clean your pruning shears before doing so. Clorox wipes are fine.
