See the leaf margins are serrated? That’s a sign this isn’t a TOH. TOH has entire margins

Hickory or walnut, I have a sapling also growing very close to the house that looks exactly like this and it was id’ed as hickory or walnut. The leaves are not symmetrical like toh as well

Good news, its not. Bad news, it looks like maybe a walnut and it needs to come out before it wrecks your foundation and grows 70 feet tall.
