Backyard Gate Makeover | Extending Our Yard | New Grass Transformation & Fencing Our Backyard!!🌿

Our backyard got a major upgrade! 🌿✨ Our old gate was falling apart, so with the help of our amazing neighbors, we removed it and finally extended our yard all the way to our property line. We brought in a landscaper to level the ground, add fresh soil, and plant new grass that’s now growing in full and lush.

We also had to remove a dead tree that was attached to the old gate, and once that was gone, a gate company installed our brand-new gate. The backyard feels bigger, cleaner, and so much more secure!

When we first moved into our house, our wooden shed and wooden gate was falling apart. So, our neighbor and his lovely family came to help us clear out the back of our yard. We are so blessed to have such beautiful neighbors. They did an amazing job. That gave us a chance to finally extend our backyard to our actual property line. So, finally, we were able to get the ground completely leveled. They did come and add in some fresh soil and seedlings, and now they’re just adding a straw blanket to protect the seedlings. I was a little skeptical at this process, but lo and behold, I was super surprised of the results because the grass grew in so nice and even. I am just so happy the way it looks. It’s really starting to look like a brand new yard back there. Now, we have to tackle this one big project. That’s like the last thing to do is get this dead tree off of this gate, which was a little challenging because I feel like we didn’t have the proper tools for this project. Of course, we figured it out and we made it work and we finally got this dead tree down and perfect timing because tomorrow the guys is coming out to put in our new gate. And oh my goodness, you guys, they did such an amazing job. It finally really feels like we’re getting our backyard together. The backyard feels bigger and better than ever. A total transformation from what it used to be.
