    You could trim them to just about the ground but they look awesome as does the plant

    Why hide them? I didn’t even notice them until they were pointed out, just me gawking at the plant. I have friends who love the aerial roots, so if you can adjust what ‘beauty’ is (or recognize that others appreciate their beauty), then leaving them is a win-win.

    I’d probably do a lot of what the person in the photo is doing. Admire it for a while. Silently contemplating “I could totally snag a cutting of this monster”.
    Then take a photo and leave it alone cuz it’s not mine and I really don’t need another monstera.

    I wouldn’t do anything. For me they are part of what gives the plant it’s appeal. They have this super cool jungle look.
