Looks sun burnt. Is it touching a window pane? The actual glass can get really hot under sunlight and causes a leaf to get scorched. I’d move it.
That part of the leaf won’t recover but the green parts can still photosynthesize so keep the leaf. You can cut the brown part off if your prefer

Get a pot with drainage and quit watering it in 750 ml increments. These plants have big roots & you need to drench the soil and let it drain out, every time you water.
