The first two pictures are from the newest leaves which started turning brown and yellow before they even fully unfurled. The two yellow leaves at the bottom are older so I assume those are just the normal growth cycle of the plant. She’s in normal soil under a grow light and I’ve had her for almost six months without any issues except brown leaf tips. Could this be an issue with the roots or overwatering? Let me know if you have any ideas

Aww, I would water it whenever the soil is dry.

The usual suspect for me: are you using tap water? Calatheas are very sensitive to minerals, chlorine and chloramine. I have a roseopicta with the exact same issues, but it pushed out three flawless leaves when I switched to demineralized water.

Other than that, check for pests, just in case. But I doubt it, the damage wouldn’t be so localized on the edges.
