I would like to keep some part of it as a houseplant, I imagine the bamboo would likely be the easiest piece to do that with since the orchids, chrysanthemums and carnations are all cut flowers, but it’s sealed with wax on the top and cut at an angle in the floral foam. Is it even doable to prop this bamboo in the condition ?

If it’s a Bamboo I’m pretty sure you can’t propagate it that way. You need seeds or part of the rhizome (?).
Stick it in water… see what happens…
