Just bought my first few lithops from SucculentsOfTheVeld on Etsy. Lithops lesliei on the right and on the left, Lithops smaragd (green) and Lithops rubra( red). The pot on the left had a bit of the packaging material come off during shipping along with some of the medium and as you can see the rubra at bottom left is wrinkled but everything else looks plump and healthy and happy. I'm wondering if I should try to water just the rubra or maybe try to repot it then water it or just leave it alone? It didn't look wrinkled at all in the Etsy pics so I don't know if it got unhappy and wrinkled when it got loose during shipping or what.

Lithops are one of the hardest plants to explain and to grow. What I’ve learned can be found in my YouTube video I made awhile back.
Don’t follow the ‘rules’ you see on google it will kill your lithops.
I water my lithops every 7 days lightly dusting and fertilize every two weeks lightly. It’s definitely not the instructions you will find here, but it worked for my 60 lithops when I collected.

This helped me to understand their annual cycle. But I’d separate them, soils with lots of inorganics and 10-20% of regular soil. Let them sit for a few days and give a good watering and then leave them alone.
