Our retaining wall with lighting, new concrete, drainage and rock is finally complete! well, almost!

We’re going to go check out our job that our team let us know that they finally finished. It’s been a job in the making. So, I’m excited. So, let’s go. We start with 3/4 in black lava that we installed here. If you guys can remember, there was nothing but just old dirty rock. We put in 3/4 inch crush because it’s a utilitarian area and it’s crushed rock so it sits well and you’re able to walk on it. You’re you’re also able to put a bunch of 2x4s, wood or anything. Just use it for utility purposes. Let’s go. [Music] So when we took in this backyard, the back patio was just right here. And now we extended it all the way back. [Music] We’re going to do 12 more feet of stairs that we’re going to add to this current concept. 10 x 12 on top with stairs that are 3 ft wide by 12 ft long. Because we want to be cost effective with our homeowner, she also wanted to add a sideyard. and come with me. So, now we’re coming out to the sideyard and we’re going to take measurements because whoever installed this patio on the side, they did it wrong. And upon our first initial consultation, we only wanted to focus on the backyard. Otherwise, we would have suggested this first. So, we’re going to remove all this because the tapers are wrong. Plus, it has drainage in the middle, which is also incorrect. You always want to have concrete tapering away from the house, which this is not. So now we got to bring up concrete, taper it the right way so the water sheds away from the house, saving the house from mildew and rot and and mold in the future. [Music] And now we’re going to take advantage that we’re already pouring concrete in the back. Might as well get this driveway measured out so we can give them a price and give them bulk pricing on the entire thing. [Music] And that’s how we take care of our customers pockets.
