I can’t tell if mine are doing well or not..they don’t see to grow, don’t seem to deteriorate. Maybe more light? Yours definitely looks better
Looks strong but very sad. Im growing those 20 years now.
Carefully take it out of that pot and spoil it with a hugh one. Lots of fresh soil and right after that give it some starter fertilizer

I wish mine had leaves like yours. Don’t get me wrong I love my Diego but for some reason my leaves aren’t as waxy and dark looking
