I guess it's a moon cactus over moss ball. Any tips on how to take care of this?

Put it in a new pot with a drainage hole. 50% “cactus soil” 50% perlite/pea gravel.

This is what’s called a kokedama moss planting lol – I’d definitely repot into some soil, this style of planting is typically used for accent plants in Japanese gardening.
Edit: I had to look it up since I’ve never seen a cactus as one. They do exist, but it feels wrong.

This is just a novelty plant, not meant to be kept for a long time. Firstly the “moon cactus” is two species of cactus grafted together. They rarely live long as it is.

The kokedama is a ball of moss and peat, you can keep moisture loving plants in that but they are unsuitable for most cactuses

  5. It’s better to under water indoors low light. Try misting!

OP, if it ever starts going downhill, you can cut the top part off and replant the root stock. A lot of these moon cactus will have a dragonfruit cactus as the base and it might put out new growth after having the top removed. I had one before that put out new growth at the top after I cut the grafted part off.

Wow…. Did you purchase this at a big box store? I know big box stores pull some stupid crap to ensure your plants doesn’t live long so you buy another one to try again and this looks like an attempt at that (another example is ice cubes to water orchids 🤦‍♀️)
