Kinda like shark teeth. You won’t climb that tree.
Warts are normal on sugarberry. Black is from a wound, probably the wound is oozing sap and a mold is eating the sap after the sap has left the tree.
Looks like you’ve got some poison ivy there too
Yes it’s been infected with sharkitis. Sorry, it’s fatal. I am not an arborist.
