My white knight is going thru the same thing, i can’t figure out if it’s spider mites or rust disease or something else and i didn’t get any comments on my post for help 😅 someone help us

Pretty sure those are extrafloral nectaries, or EFNs. Lots of philodendrons have them

Thank you- no pests of any kind. I already checked for that and used my leaf pest control on it just to be safe.
