Hello everyone. Today I’m going to take you on the first tour of the new garage deck garden. So I know I’ve shown you bits and pieces of planting up different sections, but this is the first full official tour of the space, the space that I have been thinking about since 2023. As a quick recap, we moved into this house in 2020. The deck was rotting. Then it turns out that the ceiling below it was also rotting. So in 2023, we first started talking to the people that were going to redo the deck. Then work started in I think April of 2024 and they were finished with this deck by the end of the season, but it was too late to plant anything. So, this has been the first year that I’ve had plants up here. I still need to put irrigation in, but I’m really, really excited for this space. This is also the only outdoor space that has shade from the pergola, and I’ve definitely already sat under the shade when it’s been too hot to sit outside on the rooftop deck. So, let me show you how this garden is looking. We are standing right outside the door where you first come out to head to the garage deck. And this is probably my favorite view. Although I will definitely say that about likely every view that we have up here. But this is the one that turned out the closest to what I’ve been imagining in my head for the last couple of years. I knew when I got this arch trellis that I wanted that to be the entryway and I wanted to have flowers climbing up it. I also knew that I had these flower boxes I got last year and I wanted to have colorful flowers along this path. Now, I did think I might put my husband’s herb garden here, but I wanted to have a little bit more space for that. And I think I am glad that’s more on the main deck where we get some more sun. So, this is the main pathway. Let’s come in close and I’ll show you what I planted. And what’s also exciting is that I have some of the same plants but in different sun exposure. So, I have some that get shade to part shade to something that gets full sun of the same plant. And you can kind of see the difference in how they grow. Starting on the lefth hand side of the walkway to the deck, I have just a plastic pot that I got from Amazon, a black plastic pot. This has one of the compact hydrangeas. This is Let’s Dance Big Band. It’s not flowering yet, but there are some buds that are starting to form. And I do have it on just a metal planter that I actually had in the herb garden last year. And I like the added height that this gives. Um, as this grows, I don’t know if the stand will hold it. So, I might have to come up with something different, but for now, it’s working. Then, I have these two planters that I got from Gethsemane Garden Center last fall during their sale at the end of the season. Most of my containers I do get either at the end of the garden season or over winter because they tend to be cheaper than if you are actually looking for them during garden season. So, I’ve had these. I knew I wanted them to go here. And I was actually a bit nervous if they were too wide for the walkway, but they’re definitely not too wide for the walkway. Each of these are planted the same. They get roughly about the same amount of sun, but that one over there just gets slightly more because in the afternoon heading into evening, there’s like an angle that the sun goes to that actually hits that hydrangeanger, that box, and that planter. I will link below where I got all these containers. This is the only one I might not be able to find since I did get it in store, but I absolutely love it. There was this one with the sunflowers. I think there was one with grape vines and I just think they’re really pretty. So, inside of metal planter, I just put a black plastic window box that was actually sitting right next to them. So, that was very helpful. And in the planter box, which has drainage holes at the bottom, and then this is open at the bottom as well, I have on the ends two of the Superunia Mini Vista white patunias. Next, I have two of the Sunatients compact rose glow. And then I have one of my favorites from last year, which is the Orchid Blush Sunpatient. This one. And I think this one, actually, I think all of them say full depart sun. But where I have some of these, especially in full sun, they tend to get a bit burnt. The Orchid Blush sun patient. So, these are actually doing a bit better where they probably get about part shade. Now, it has been 90° and full sun, so they might enjoy it a little bit more if it’s a little bit cooler, but these have really been flourishing in this spot. In between the two sunflower flower boxes, I have another just black plastic pot sitting on a plant trap. So, I have two different products. This one is called a plant trap. I’ll show you the other one called Railscapes, but the whole purpose of them is for you to put plants on rooftop gardens, deck gardens, in places where you couldn’t typically put them. So, because we have to have this safety bar here, the space from here to the edge isn’t wide enough for very large planters. But if you see how this works, it’s actually sitting on a ledge which goes over and around the bar and gives me extra space to put this pot on. This is probably again, I would say a part sun environment just because it does get hit by the afternoon sun for a few hours. I have in here. I think it was two. I think I’m pretty sure I put two of the superbina white out verbina hybrid. Now, this probably could have just used one. I think I shoved a few too many plants in a few of these pots. But I absolutely love this. I first fell in love with the pink cashmere, which for some reason I didn’t get any of this year, but I’m definitely going to get some more next year. But I I love having the white on this deck. White isn’t usually something I would put on my rooftop gardens, but because there’s so much black down here, I really like that contrast between the colors. And then I have what is probably the plant I have the most of up here. I put in here two of the coconut appeal blackeyed susan vines. Now, my plan is that these will start to wrap around the railing. They’re not doing a great job of staying there. I’ll show you places where they are doing a great job of clinging on, but I have been using masking tape on some upstairs. So, I might just start using masking tape to hold it in place and twist it around until it starts climbing on its own. But I just love how this looks. I don’t know, a little bit wild. And I think the superbina definitely adds a lot more color because this does flower quite a bit, the blackeyed susan vine, but I don’t feel like they’re not flowering as much as they normally do yet. Also, this is not a full sun environment. So again, on this side, I have two hydrangeas on each side, two of the flower boxes, and then that one pot on the plant trap in the center. So now coming over to the other side of the railing, I have two more of the coconut appeal plants. I will take you up close to show you how this one is actually climbing. Um, and then I have just one selfwatering railing planter that I found on Amazon. And this one has the pink tiara superunia, which is definitely one of my favorite new flowers that I’m trying this year. It’s probably going to be one of my favorites overall. Now, this is one of the lowest sun areas on the garden. I know that it’s getting sun right now, but it really only gets sun when it shines between these two trees at about this time, which is 12 to 1, and the sun stays here for maybe 2 hours at most. So, I would actually consider this a part shade environment, which is not what’s recommended for the patunias or the blackeyed susan vines, but I’m going to make it work. Anyway, I’m actually kind of impressed with how the black eyed susan vine is growing. Even though it’s not necessarily going to flower as much as those in sunnier locations, it’s still growing like crazy. For these two, I’m using railcapes. So, the same company that makes plant traps makes these railcapes, which squeeze the pot between two railings. So, I love having both of these in my garden. But this vine has been doing exactly what I wanted it to do without any help from me. So, it’s been climbing up on its own. It’s reached the top there. I will probably help it wrap around the top railing, but this is exactly what I had in my head when I planted this here. So, I am so excited. Now, again, not that many flowers right now. It is in the shadiest part uh compared to all of the other plants that I have in my garden. So, we’ll see how it does. But honestly, if I just get a bunch of thick green vines and only a few flowers, I’m still going to be really happy with how this turns out. Now, with this patunia, I have been cheating a bit with the sun exposure. I will show you what I mean a little bit later. But I still think I would get some flowers here, but just not as many if I left it here the whole time, which I have not been doing. But again, I will show you that in just a second. Now we head to the stairs, which is also one of my favorite parts. So I put again in just two black plastic pots that I had one of the campfire marshmallow bidins in each and then they’re also in plant stands that I used in the herb garden last year. I actually as far as like smaller pots didn’t have to purchase that many. I just had them lying around. But my favorite part in this little section is this welcome sign. I found this on Etsy. They I’ll link to her store below, but she also does custom ones, but this one I thought fit perfectly for my garden and that’s what made me plant the Bidens right below it. So, I’m in love with this sign. It is like weatherproof, so I keep it out the whole time. And then I kind of maggyvered this to hang. These are actually pieces that came with one of the window box planters. So, it wraps around that low railing. And then I twisted another one down there. And then with the screw that helps to hold the strap on. But isn’t this sign just perfect for this garden? The first plants you notice as you walk up the stairs to the garage deck are these sweet potato vines that are in a pot that’s right behind the brick wall on each side. This is the sweet Caroline upside key pie sweet potato vine. It’s a mouthful of a name, but these have a habit that trails a bit more up than just down and over. I do think they will probably try to grow together. They are quite aggressive, so I’m just going to keep pruning them in order to keep the walkway open. I did put some other plants in these pots. Um, but they’re kind of getting taken over. Well, two of them are. I put in here the Superunia Vista Cool Jazz, which is new for 2026. It’s there. It’s in the shade. I probably won’t be able to see it in a little bit as the sweet potato vine continues to grow. This is the same pot from another angle. So, again, both of these are planted up the exact same way on either side of the entryway. So, we have the sweet potato vine and then we do have a puffer fish hydrangeanger which is just starting to bloom. So, those at least seem to be growing together, not taking over one another. But yeah, I think I probably didn’t need to put the patunias in there as well. And then above it in this railing planter, I just have more of the Superunia mini vista white. Now, I know I said my favorite view was the one when you come onto the walkway, but this is also my favorite view. Basically, the other side of the arch. So, this arch is the Titan arch from Gardener Supply. I got this, I believe, in winter of 2023 and was planning to put it on the rooftop deck, which I’m glad I didn’t because that would definitely fly away. But here, the wind isn’t bad because this deck is surrounded by the taller buildings, so I don’t have much of an issue with wind. And then each end of the arch is inside of a Vera deck planter. I took the insert out. The insert is actually the square pot that is growing the sweet potato vine. So, all of this pot is filled with dirt. And the reason I did that was to secure the arch. So, I made sure to find pots that were wide enough to fit the arch, filled it with dirt, and again, I had absolutely no issues with the wind or it not being sturdy and stable. I do have the pots, like I have almost everything up here on wheels so that in the winter I can move it to try to save the roses that are in the pot. But, let me take you up close now and I will show you what is growing. And again, it’s the same plantines on each side of the arch. First off, I have roses. This is the white Eden climber rose from Heirloom Roses, and it’s doing exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t sure how much it would grow in the first year, how many flowers I would get, but it is flowering, and it’s probably at least tripled in size since I planted her back in April. I also have in here more of the coconut appeal blackeyed susan vine. These do get full sun. I think you can see the difference in the growth. It’s not flowering a lot right now, but it has in the last few days. So, I think we might just be seeing an on and off flowering cycle, but I’m not 100% sure if planting these together was the best idea um because it is kind of hard to tell where the rose is with the black eyed susan vine climbing over everything. But this one’s also doing what I wanted it to do on its own. It’s wrapping around the trellis and heading up. I do sometimes maybe have to take a strand that’s trying to grow somewhere else and like put it back up, but for the most part, it’s growing exactly where I wanted it. And then in the back there, I have more of the pink tiara super tunias. Um, I also have a cosmos, but I think I’ll take you to the other side of the other pot cuz it’s a little bit easier to see. In the center of each of those planters, I did put one of the white Fizz cosmos. They’re just about to bloom. I see at least three buds on the top of this one. This one, well, I think they both get about the same amount of sun. This one gets more of the morning full sun and then the other side gets more afternoon full sun, but these definitely get full sun on this part of the deck. I started the cosmos inside I think either late March or early April. So, these were seeds that I started. I think the rest that I’ve shown you so far has been plants that I got sent from Proven Winners. Yeah, I think most of the things I started from seed are actually upstairs, which we will be touring that in the next video. Now, moving over to the left from that side of the arch, I do have a tumbler composter, which I just got. I probably could have gotten a single chamber instead of a dual chamber one. Um, but it does happen to just fit into the available space that I had left. Behind it are three black window boxes. I have that whole video showing how to I put it together. So, I will link that below, as well as all of the individual planting videos I have of these different sections. But, I’ll take you up close to see how it’s doing in just a second. And then in front of that, I have my very recently planted herb garden from my husband. I’m still looking for basil. And yes, I did tell him that people think he should include more herbs, but it’s also not my herb garden, so I’m trying not to have any control over it along this row on the railing because I can’t just leave a bunch of railing space open if I can fit flowers there. But I have three plants that I repeated. So again, I have the orchid blush sun patient. This is definitely a part sun environment. It only gets morning sun and then it’s shaded by the tree. But for the one down there, it has been intense enough to burn it. Uh they are looking much better now. I’ve been keeping up on watering them and there has been a bit more cloud cover recently. But I just think that’s interesting that these say full sun, part to full sun, but at least in this location, I don’t think they would like full sun. I think they prefer the part sun. Then I have more of the campfire marshmallow bidens. And then I think is this the first place I have Angelone up here? I think it is. I fell in love with angelonia last year. This one is the Angelface Cascade snow angelonia. So, some grow straight up, which I’ll show you those on the other side of this deck, and these cascade, which I love. So, that was the kind of trailing part of these containers that I wanted. They’re not going to trail like a sweet potato vine would, for example, but just adding a little bit of movement in these containers. I really loved how this turned out and it was one of those kind of last minute what am I going to do with these extra plants situations. And next is my husband’s herb garden. I think it’s literally been two days since I just posted the video of us planting it. But here’s how everything is looking. I still haven’t gone to the store to get basil and I for some reason don’t have any basil seeds. So I’m hopefully going to do that soon so he actually has that to use this summer. But I really love these sugar basket tomatoes that I got from Burpee. I’m just I’m in love with tiny tomatoes this year. Tiny Tim. These if you have a smaller space, even though I think with indeterminate tomatoes, you can train them very vertically and still fit them in a small space, but these are cute and they do produce at least a good amount for their size. Then we have the oregano, parsley, the catgrass, um, oregano, and more parsley and basil. And again, these are all of the herbs that he wants to use. Now, we have the privacy wall, which I love so much. I love everything, but this is turning out even better than I expected or even better than I’d imagined in my head. So, this is one of the locations that is going to be photographed for the gardener’s idea book for Proven Winners for next year. So, they’re going to take the photos this year for next year’s book. And the whole idea behind this was, you know, how do you create some privacy between you and your neighbor when your decks are literally close enough that you can jump from one to the other? I handed my neighbor flowers from this deck to their deck. So, not that we don’t love our neighbors because they’re great, but when you’re outside, you do want to have just a little bit of privacy. So, I’m using four of the aqua pots. So, the large square pots are the aqua pot lights. And then I’m just using three of regular plastic pots that I’ve had lying around. And those are not selfwatering. Those are just regular. And then I also have trelluses in each of them to create that wall of privacy. So, I will take you up close and I will show you what’s planted in each one. They’re definitely well when I over stuff them. And I think there’s only one plant though that’s getting completely crowded out. But it’s interesting to see how these different plants all play with each other. Coming in a bit closer. Let’s start with what’s actually growing up the trellis in the aqua pot, which is surprise surprise, the coconut appeal blackeyed susan vine. Now these do get full sun. They get the first morning sun that hits the deck till probably about 5:00 p.m. So, yeah, I think we must be like just missing their peak blooming cycle because this one does get a lot of sun and has a lot more blooms to show for it. On the trellis over here, I have the same exact sweet potato vine that is in the pots at the front of the archway. And that’s the only thing that’s in the regular plastic pot. Now, let me show you what is growing in the pot. So all of these they’re in the same pot as the blackeyed zusenvine but they’re either in front of or next to. First in the middle we have the superunia mini vista white which I think is doing a pretty good job of keeping up with the other plants. Over here we have the sweet Caroline Medusa green sweet potato vine. This does mound more than it climbs and I really like how that looks in this container. I was never like a huge sweet potato vine person but I really really love both the look and the growth habit. I do have in here some of the campfire marshmallow bitens, which they’re still poking through. So, I think that’s great. And then the dark colored foliage on either side, that is the plum dandy alterna. Now, there is one more plant in here, uh, diamond snow euphoria, but uh, she’s she’s getting covered. So, I don’t know if she is going to somehow make her way out from between the plants, but that is probably a plant I could have left out. I do have one more pot in this section and that is just another black pot sitting on a plant trap like the one that I have on the walkway. I have two I believe of the coconut appeal blackeyed susan vines in the 12-in diameter pot and my goal is to get it to wrap around the railing. Now I do think I have to guide this one like I have to guide the one that’s on the walkway but I think that’s going to be really pretty. And what I wasn’t expecting, like I expected the plants all in the same pot to grow together, but I just didn’t think about the pots all growing together with each other. So, if this somehow just creates one giant plant wall, and you can’t even really tell where the pots are, oh, that’s going to make me so happy. This turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined. And this is probably the planting style that’s most different from what I normally do. So seeing this come together and loving it so much makes me so happy. Right now I’m back standing under the arch showing you the view that you get when you walk right through. So the privacy wall is over that direction. All of our furniture is from West Elm. I can’t remember the name of the specific type of furniture, but I will link that down below. And then we have the table where we will sit and eat. The couch, which I have already sat on multiple times. a couple plants in pots that I’ll take you up close. Our back border here and then a selfwatering pot right there. Now, I’m going to tell you what I meant earlier by I’m kind of cheating with sun exposure on the patunia that’s on the walkway. There are three boxes here. Two of them have the Superunia pink tiara. One of them has a silver falls dicondra back there. And I’m putting them on this part of the table for now. This is where they’ve been sitting because they get a lot more sun here. where they would normally go is up here in those three boxes to cascade down the wall. However, because they don’t get as much sun here and we have our garden walk in a couple weeks, I want to get these to have as much growth as possible just to make them look a little bit better and fuller. But after our garden walk, once I put them back up there, they do still get a little bit of sun as it shines through, but not as much as they are getting right here. So, that is how I am cheating a little bit with some of these plants that aren’t quite getting the amount of sun that they would prefer. Now, this pot was again one of those last minute I have these plants, where am I going to put them pots? And I actually love it the most. I’ll take you up close in just a second, but it’s in a round pot, of course, on wheels. Wheels come separately from everything else, but it’s in a round pot and I really like this shape. And then inside of it, I just did a mix of white plants. So, I have some diamond frostbia, which is not getting taken over by all the other plants. And then I have the superbina white out. And then in the middle, I also have the fairy trail bred hydrangeanger just starting to bloom in this container. But I love how all of those look together. I love how they’re growing together. It doesn’t feel like one is taking over the other. Here’s a closeup of this pot. And I am glad I love it so much because it was the most expensive pot I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. But there’s something about this shape, this more modern shape on this deck that really goes well together. I do also have some singular hydrangeas in pots. This ceramic pot I had upstairs, but I feel like it just fits the color scheme down here. Um, I’ve forgotten which compact hydrangeanger this is. Maybe it’s sky view, but I did not label this one, which I told myself I would label all my plants this year, and I definitely did not. This is a vase that I got from the Andersonville Galleria. Again, I think the colors just work out here. So, I’m going to cut some flowers once I have more cut flowers and put them in here. And then I have another hydrangeanger. This is a mountain hydrangeanger. This is top fun. And this is well, it is pink and it has more of those lacy hydrangeanger caps as well that I’m really really loving. So, just one hydrangeanger right here in this pot. Now, I’m going to take you over to the back border, but here is a look at all of it together. I think most of the annuals are blooming currently. Some of the hydrangeas are just starting to bloom, which is really exciting. The different types of pots are all planted the same. So, the ones in the corner are planted the same. The larger rectangular ones are planted the same. The square ones in between the rectangular ones are planted the same. So, I’ll take you up close on a few of those to show you what I’ve planted. But I just I like how this has all come together. Maybe in the future, well, assuming that the hydrangeas live, I might try playing around with some taller plants in here. But I really really like how this looks this year. Each of these containers in the corner was free from Grandma’s Gardener, which I appreciate. They were teal. I spray painted them black. I told myself I would put another coat on them before I planted them up. I did not. But here’s what’s in here. I have the Diamond Frost Euphoria. I have the Rockap Poco White Double Impatient. I think the Double Impatients are just my favorite because they look like little roses. There’s a bunch of different colors as well. And then I have Silverfalls Dicondra here in the front. And then the Evergreen in the center here is a Proven Winners North Pole Arborati shrub. So again, hoping the perennials survive and continue to grow in these containers. The annuals I will replace every season. Here’s what’s growing in one of the larger rectangular containers. There’s a lot of white in this one, but there are some pink plants that are growing here as well. So, first off, these white flowers here are the soprano white impatience. Everything in this back border is either well actually that’s not true. Shade or part shade except for one plant I’ll show you in just a second. But those are the white flowers there. These pink flowers aren’t blooming right now, but they will be soon. These are the rockapocal rose impatient. also has that rose-shaped flower and I love it so much. This is probably my favorite one also just because of the color. And then in the center here I do have what is a very light pink rockapocal apple blossom. So all of these rockapocals have that same rose-shaped form again just different colors. But right now it is the impatients that are the star of the show. And inside each planter I do have three perennials. I have a Bobo hydrangeanger in the center. One of them is starting to bud. I think these are just starting to get some buds on them. And then I also have a little printer in the corners of each of these. Again, I’m hoping these overwinter, but I haven’t tried yet. My overwintering plan will be to throw a tarp on these and keep them in this location. Now, these are also angelonia, these pink flowers here. These are not the cascading ones. So, the white ones in those flower boxes were cascading. These grow straight up, which I really love in these containers. These are also full sun. I don’t even think they say part sun. They say full sun, but they’re doing great here. I mean, there are slats in the pergola, so they get a little bit of sun, but nothing that I would say counts as anywhere near full sun, but they’re doing great. Maybe they’d have some more flowers if they got more sun, but they have enough pink for me. Now, in the square pot here that is between the rectangular pot, I have the Soprano pink impatience, and then I have a St. Landia Sweet Spire. These bloom spring to early summer, so I think they are done blooming, but I love the shape of these. These are perennials as well. They do have white flowers in the spring which are kind of long and fluffy and I just think look really cute. So again, hoping these overwinter and continue to grow in these pots, but I’m really happy with my perennial choices. Well, and my annual choices, but that’s why I’m crossing my fingers that everything does well in here during our Chicago winter. This is another look at the border. Right now, I’m standing by the privacy wall. I love it. I think the height of the containers are perfect. Just peeking over the couch. This really makes me so happy. I mean, every area does make me happy, but I love it. And I love that everywhere I look, just brings me joy. And then swinging around here, this is actually the last section of this deck. I have in here a self-watering container. And then I have four fruit trees. All of these containers are from Crescent Garden. Their true drop collection is the only self-watering one. These are not selfwatering, but I think these pots were perfect for this deck. In this pot here in the center, I have a fairy trail white cascading hydrangeanger, which again, I love how they’re all growing together. In here, I have the tiara pink super tuna, and then I have the super tuna vista cool jazz. The hydranger did get a little burnt from the intense sun and high heat we’ve been having, but she’s recovering nicely. But again, I like how all of these are playing with each other. And it’s only early July, so I can only expect how large this is going to get. Although, I will be trimming the patunias so they don’t go too crazy. And now I have my fruit trees. I actually got these last spring, spring of 2024 because construction on our deck started then and I was like, I’m sure it’ll be done by sometime during the garden season. It was not it was not done until after the garden season. So these were all on the rooftop last year. I overwintered them all in the garage. This year they will have to be overwintered out here because they are now too large and too heavy for me to carry down. But I have two columnar apples on each side here. This one is white icicle. This one is scarlet sentinel. You do want to so that there is crosspollination to create some apples. I’ll show you how many apples are on this tree so far. I have a Chicago hearty fig with some bulbs that I don’t remember planting because that’s how I do things. Just throw them around and then be surprised when they grow. But I also have some figs growing in here. And then I have a honey babe mini peach tree. So let me show you the apples. Oh, and in each of these pots I just threw some melissum because I can’t just look at empty soil. I have the same issue down here that I do upstairs where one of the apple trees, this one, blooms earlier than the other one. So, I am handpollinating at the last second when they barely overlap. So, this was the only one that formed apples. Now, I did already thin these. So, there were more on this tree, but I see one, two, three, four. Don’t know if I see any others right now. Tell me if I’m missing one, but I think there were 10 at one point that I then ended up thinning. And I think that’s pretty good for a secondyear columnar apple tree. I think last year I got two. Maybe I did get three apples by the end of the season. And the Chicago hearty fig. This has grown so much since last year, but there are figs all over. Oh, I’m so excited for this tree. Let me do one last sweep of the garden because that is everything that I have planted out here. So, that is my garage deck garden. I am so excited. And it’s definitely a completely different feel for me. The rooftop decks are more about cutting and harvesting, but also looking pretty, whereas this one’s much more just formal. And I’m not really harvesting anything except maybe some fruit and my husband some herbs. But I’m just so excited to be able to have this space and spend time out here as long as the Chicago weather will allow me. So, thank you so much for watching. Let me know if you have any questions and I will see you in the next video when I think we’ll be touring the rooftop decks for July.

Loving your gardens
A very beautiful and peaceful garden. Such an inviting space. Love it.
Hi, would you consider doing a maintenance video at some point this summer for some of these flowers, pruning, deadheading, fertilizer, whatever? Petunias for me are new this year, for instance, but I'm sure you have lots of helpful ideas for many plants.
I look forward to seeing the photos in the Proven Winners garden ideas book! Congratulations to your hard work and dedication !🥰🌸🇨🇦
That was a fun tour. Thanks for sharing.
YouTube’s algorithm needs to be helping you out more…this is really special and looks great.
That privacy wall !!! 🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for sharing 🤗
I love the entire garden, Bethany!
Hi. Would you please share the link to that tall planter from the first plant on your left? I think you mentioned using it last year too.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! You should be very proud! 😊
Wow! What a transformation to your rooftop deck! I just love all of your container gardening. It’s so inspiring as well as impressive.🪴🪴🪴💚
Your deck is gorgeous. I'd love to grab my coffee and come hang out with you on the couch.
💟💟💟 Really pretty, looks awesome, you can be very proud of yourself
This makes me want to close my eyes and just listen. I’ve shared a similar vibe too—gentle garden scenes with no voice, just feeling. Maybe it’s something you'd enjoy on a quiet day.❤
Absolutely beautiful! What a wonderful escape. My fig is in its second year and I have figs too! Yours are much further along tho. I have to learn about how to prune mine. Please share your thoughts on pruning one day!
Oh Bethany that's amazing! Thank you for showing us the final product. I am so very impressed with how everything came out. I was wondering with some of those Planters but everything looks like something out of a high end designer magazine! Great job and thanks for sharing.
Your garden is looking absolutely beautiful. This was a very enjoyable watch. Its amazing seeing the growth in the plants through the season. (and I love the outfit you are wearing, it looks so chic!)
Beautiful, you have a great eye for design. I feel like the sun is burning through me these days so I’m a fan of having a shady spot! Also, you’re lucky to have some beautiful trees as a backdrop, they really add to the garden.
❤❤❤❤
Your garage deck looks stunning! Especially the seating and dining area. What a relaxing place to spend time. ❤
So beautiful!!💕
It looks beautiful! I am so happy for you!
Do you grow ranunculus bulbs in Chicago? And if so, when are they available to buy in your area?
I love how you manage the roof top Ma'am and flowers that need full sunlight
Flowering plants are always beautiful 😊
