I found this nice little den under my shed today, wondering if it looks like its a bunny den. I was hesitant to take a peak to far in. Either way what is the best way to evicts my unwanted friends from my garden?
I’d vote for groundhog. Probably a mammal of some type. I’ve had success with dumping a box mothballs down there and any other entrances you can find. Try to get them as deep in there as possible, then leave it alone for few days before you plug it up. None of the creatures listed so far like the smell of naphtha and will vacate fairly quickly,

Bunny, possum, groundhog, raccoon, skunk, rats, stoat or mink, take your pick

Looks like a woodchuck den…. Get a live trap and bait it with some fruit and veggies….. You’ll either catch a Possum, Armadillo or Woodchuck in my opinion all of which are nocturnal.

We had a very similar hole under our garden shed and it was a family of skunks! They left a pretty distinct smell.

Just discovered a cheap way to deal with our subterranean foes: castor oil!! It doesn’t hurt our plants or our kids. It just stinks to the sensitive noses.
