I recently moved (within the last month) into a new apartment with floor to ceiling windows and placed my Golden Pothos in a corner near one of said windows. At first the plant was growing rapidly, sending out new vines and producing lots of new leaves. However, when I moved it to the kitchen to water it today, I noticed the ends of the new vine growth and leaves are starting to look a bit more yellow than previous growth and are less vibrant green in color. Is this because the plant is now receiving too much light? Should I move it to a different spot to reduce the amount of light it receives? The first picture is where the plant is currently located in and the last two pictures are the current state of the vines/leaves. Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

Nope! Golden pothos get really golden when they’re happy!

This exact same thing happened to mine when it was in a lot of light. It did stunt the growth a bit but once it acclimated, it just started shooting out much lighter leaves. I pruned some of the stunted vines and propped them so I could grow a bushier plant but if you want the striking variegation, I would move it away from the window.

Nope, they show more yellow with bright sun

Whoo-hoo! More sunlight gives more golden variegation. If you don’t like the golden, less light will make growth more green.
