Advice on growing Adenium arabicums as quickly as possibly

I live in a temperate oceanic climate (heatwaves in summer averaging 18-35°C, 64-95F and cold wet winters averaging 0-8°C, 32-46F) in Southern VIC, Australia.

I was wondering how I can get my Adenium arabicum to grow somewhat quickly, like if you were in a tropical climate.
(Obviously they won’t grow as fast as if they were in, say, Queensland.)

What type of fertiliser, soil, light and pot size would I need?
