At first, I thought it was a scale insect infestation and used neem oil, but after a month, the situation worsened, and now I think it's some other disease or fungus. Is there any way to help her?
It’s scale. Spray with Dish Soap and water or rubbing alcohol w some dish soap. But if you do rubbing alcohol move it into shade as it will burn. I first try to pressure spray the existing scale off. Just hard enough to knock of the scale but not damage the plant
