Hi!!
Bought this beautiful monstera for 15 euro in a local nurcery!
In the shop they advised me not to repot till spring.
But my plan is to put her on a moth poll and this cluster seems to have 5 plants all growing facing each other.
The roots exiting the pot.
I don't want to wait…
I live in Venice Italy
It's autumn here, house temperature in the winter will go downt to 20 degrees.
Plant facing 2.5 m south window.
Should I repot them now or wait?

I would repot it now if that’s what you want. It’s only the beginning of autumn and I think the plant will be just fine 🙂

I should report, and pot each one seperate. Use chunky soil and since they will be seperate, you can use same size pot

Always wait till spring unless it’s an emergency

Depends on if it’s still kind of warm and conditions are close to great for your monsters to grow. If it’s gotten colder and sunlight is less, your plant may get a shock if repotted.

If repot it now but I’d wait a few days to give some time to the plant to acclimate to the house.

Generally, there’s never a reason to wait to repot based on season. Plants sold in stores are oftentimes in a substrate not ideal for longterm use. In this case, you have multiple in the pot and they appear to be growing out the bottom already. It will be perfectly fine to repot now. Seperate into pots with plenty of drainage a couple inches bigger than the rootball. Mix should be light and chunky. Equal parts perlite, orchid bark and soil is an easy start! 😊

Repot now – you wait til spring & it may not be happy any more

Repot when you feel it’s ready. I don’t use the “repot seasons.” I do it when it needs it. Haven’t had any issues repotting in winter

Definitely now. You may want to split this one, as well.
