Hi everyone! We got these two Calatheas from someone but they're super sad & droopy at our place. The first two pictures are before pictures and the last four are the after pics. They are not exposed to direct sunlight but get some sunlight. They're watered about twice a week. Is there something we're doing wrong? Any tips appreciated!

You either need to water it or you’re watering it too much. Depnding on the direction of the light it might also be drooping because that is the direction the leaves need to be to absorb the most light.
I have an orbifolia that used to droop during the day but was actively growing. I put a light above it and it stood up.
I have the same one and mine likes it soil moist but not soggy. I also use distilled water or I fill a jug with water and let it sit open for about 48hrs then use it. They ca. Be a bit picky.
That is a lot of leaves. Some are slightly crispy, maybe not enough water. You will have to water pretty frequently. Maybe repot to a bigger pot? I usually would not recommend repotting Calatheas, they are difficult .. but that looks a bit tight.
But you are also aware that the fun thing about Calatheas is that they are able to move their leaves by themselves? Depends on the type you have how much they do it. Typically they will look a lot straighter at night and then fold out again when it gehts bright again.
