Wow! Everything looks so healthy and I don't see that you were using any mulch. The eggplant looks gorgeous and no sign of flea beetles. What is your secret? What is in the soil?
Ohhh! It must be the dried kitchen scraps! What kind of food composter/dehydrator do you have? Or do you just chop them up and dry them in a regular dehydrator? Also do you keep the temperature below 119 degrees to maintain the life force?
