I mean, the first thing you always want to do with these guys is repot them in 80-100% inorganic medium. And water them lightly a week later.
Now, the “pizza crust” look around the edge says thirsty, but I don’t think you can water them in this organic mess. So dig them out, rinse off as much as you can of what they’re growing in, and then repot in dry grit. Give a few days for the roots to recover (if they still have any after a dry year), and then water again if they haven’t plumped up from the rinse. 🙂
