The winners of this year’s Best Garden Competition in Guisborough have been revealed.
Dave and Julie Clarke’s front garden scooped first place, while Glynis Barker’s expansive back garden took the larger back garden prize.

Tony Raw was awarded the best smaller back garden.
George Graham’s pots and containers were also honoured.
Glynis Barker was also named the Guisborough Town Pride choice and the overall winner.
Five highly commended certificates were given to Sharon and Mark Bywater, Robin Burns, Claire Carlick, Mr Thirkettle, and Irene and Alan Marlborough.
The next competition will be advertised.
