So i got these african violets last year and theyve only lost flowers and never lost any leaves. The leaves kinda grew like crazy and i swear ive never seen a bushier looking african violet. What do i do? Am i supposed to be removing the leaves? None of the bottom leaves are dead/dying/yellow.

You’ve got multiple crowns, two or more plants. You can cut them apart and clean them up, replant them and have a couple plants.
I agree it’s multiple plants in there.
I recently separated one of my pots and it looked like two but under it all I found like 10!!
I saved the two main ones and then 4 babies. Some were so small it would have been too hard to keep track with them all.
I didn’t do anything special to separate them. I just gently pulled and untangled some leaves as I pulled. Think of it like breaking apart broccoli florets but much gentler.
It seems kind of scary, but I just stuck a butter knife down the side of the pot and kind of flipped everything out onto the counter and then after I was done with everything, I just cleaned off my counter. You can do it!
Edit to add.. it grows like this when it’s putting energy into the leaves instead of the blooms. Once you start separating it out and there’s single crowns in a pot it will put energy into blooms.
There are lots of videos on YouTube on how to Groom your AV, and how to repot and separate any baby plants. If you don’t want extra plants every year, you have to groom your violet occasionally to remove the suckers, before they develop into more plants.
