These two beautiful plants were birthday gifts from my sister. I’m quite new to plants but I heard these are quite difficult sometimes. I’m also not quite sure what kind they are, so any tips and tricks and help identifying would be helpful!

The left is a rabbits foot and the right is a medallion !
Keep soil moist, use the index finger trick to see how wet the soil is. Use filtered water. Rain water/distilled is best. They don’t like bright light so keep in medium light. Think like right next to a north window (I even have some a couple feet back from my north window) or a bit back from a southern window. Prayer plants love humidity.
I would keep a spray bottle with distilled or rain water inside to spray the leaves, so they dont have crispy edges.
I love your little clown guy! 💙🧡💛❤️
They’re beautiful. Happy birthday!
Left one is a Maranta leuconeura var.Kerchoveana, right one is a Goeppertia roseopicta “Dottie”
Both take medium/bright light but no direct sunlight because the leaves are sensitive and burn easily. Water when the pot is light, do not let the soil dry out completely, without drowning it either obviously. It does not take much fertilizer. It prefers a humidity around 50-60%, a little lower is not serious but below 30-40% it will be complicated. For the soil what I do is a mixture of coconut fiber, potting soil, some orchid chips and perlite. We want something that retains moisture and does not dry out too quickly, but at the same time a draining and aerated soil to avoid overwatering and root rot.
