Where about in the UK are you?
Regarding a greenhouse, I would suggest adding some insulating material onto the inside. Bubble wrap is a good one with the large bubbles being the best. It does cut down on a bit of light but not too much since you’ll only be insulating the sides, not the slopping roof.
You can attach it using clips as most frames have slots which the clips attach into.
Also, depending on where you are and what kind of plants you are keeping in the greenhouse, I would suggest getting a heater for the greenhouse.
The heater will help keep the temperature more comfortable for the plants in there and will also keep the air circulating. Pockets of cool or cold air in a greenhouse can be detrimental to cacti.
A thermostat controlled heater is the best. I use a garage heater myself but it works perfectly in a greenhouse.
Regarding heaters, I would avoid paraffin or gas heaters. They’re not the best for greenhouses.
Sorry for the long comment.
I hope this helps and good luck.

UK here too! Wish there was a UK Cactus/Succulent sub of some kind.

Are you heating your greenhouse? If not you’ll need to check which if your species are cold hardy. I suspect at least some of those aren’t.Â
I have an unheated greenhouse which is sheltered and goes to down to a minimum of about freezing.Â
