I have an ahopegarden hydroponic and keep finding leaves eaten away in odd patterns like this. Is this some sort of insect?
This hydroponic is on the counter in my kitchen and windows are never open. We don’t get ants or any obvious insects and I haven’t spotted any on the plant.
Any ideas what the heck this could be??

Do you have a dog/cat/kid?
Other than that possibly ripped while you were picking some?
Edit:also is getting somewhat close to the light, prob not the issue but you want some space between the light and leafs
Not a ton bc it’s a low powered light, but it can still burn the plant if too close
