This is near a north-west facing window – should I trim those two longer branches leaning to the left so they have a chance to grow straight? I try to rotate periodically.

    I would prune off the branches that stretch the furthest on the backside. Hopefully it will redirect growth to some new buds on the front window side

    Did you rotate the plant before this photo? I would expect the plant to be leaning towards the window, not away from it.

    Yes trim them..and rotate the pot occasionally..

    How often do you water it?l suggest watering it thoroughly each time(water it once every 7-10days)..and don’t keep excess water in saucer after watering
